SpendKeep is a personal finance management platform that helps users track their spending by automatically ingesting bank transaction alerts sent via SMS or email. The platform uses artificial intelligence to categorize transactions, provide spending dashboards, and generate financial insights.

The Service also provides free financial calculators, curated financial news, and educational blog content for informational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Service. By using SpendKeep, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You may not create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use the Service to process financial data belonging to other individuals without their explicit consent
• Overload or disrupt the infrastructure supporting the Service

SpendKeep is not a licensed financial advisor. All content, tools, insights, and blog posts provided on the platform are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You should always consult a qualified financial professional before making any significant financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of relying on information provided by this platform.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described therein.

All content, design, code, and branding on the SpendKeep platform are the intellectual property of SpendKeep and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as Supabase, Groq, and Vercel). These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpendKeep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored therein
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful elements transmitted to the Service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in any content provided by the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
